LottoData Account Deletion Request
LottoData users may request deletion of their account and associated data through a clear public support path. This page explains how to submit the request, what to include, what data may be deleted, and what limited records may still be retained when required.
How to request deletion
LottoData users may request deletion of their account and associated data by emailing support@lottodata.com from the email address associated with their LottoData account.
Use the subject line “Delete my LottoData account” and include the account email address in the message.
LottoData may ask for verification before deleting the account. We normally process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What may be deleted
Account deletion may remove account profile information, saved number sets, saved ticket or scanner history, saved generator history, and newsletter preferences tied to the account where applicable.
LottoData is a number organization, ticket tracking, and responsible-play companion tool. Users must verify official results through official lottery sources.
Limited retention
LottoData may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, fraud or abuse prevention, payment, billing, tax, chargeback, or security records, and admin audit logs.
Retention of limited records does not keep the account active. It reflects narrow operational or legal requirements that can continue after a deletion request is completed.
Partial data deletion requests
Users may also request deletion of certain data without deleting their full account, such as saved sets, ticket history, or scanner history, by emailing support@lottodata.com with the subject “Delete LottoData data request.”
If you only want specific content removed, describe the saved data clearly so the request can be reviewed without affecting the rest of the account.
Deletion request checklist
- Email support@lottodata.com from the email address associated with your LottoData account.
- Use “Delete my LottoData account” for full account deletion.
- Use “Delete LottoData data request” for partial deletion requests.
- Include the account email address and any helpful request context.
